We have a 30 day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase and product must be in its original packaging.*

*If applicable, special situations may apply for partial refunds.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Purchases exceeding the 30 day return date.
  • Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. 
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable/refundable.
  • On sale items are final sale.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have checked your bank account and have not received a refund, contact your credit card company and/or bank. There is often a processing period and may take a few business days before the funds are officially transferred.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product (for the same item), send us an email at support@viebellescutlery.com.

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and had been shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If you have received a Vie Belles product as a gift and wish to return it, please ship the item to us and we will notify/refund the person who had made the original purchase.



If you wish to exchange your purchase, simply return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery and indicate the desired replacement product. Difference in price for exchange items will be calculated and charged.

Our Worry-Free Guarantee

We offer two options for returns:

  1. FREE returns for store credit. Ship it back at no cost to you.
  2. Money back on the original payment method. We'll make the process easy and you'll receive a full refund minus the return shipping costs.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and in original condition. Refunds are on merchandise value and do not include shipping fees paid at the time of purchase, if applicable. This option is not available for customers in select remote locations for scheduled delivery items.

If you choose to proceed with option 2 then:

A- Canada & USA Returns: All product refund/exchange shipping charges sent to Vie Belles will be at customers expense. However, we will cover the shipping costs for all products returning to the customer (free!).

B- International Returns: All shipping costs regarding refunds/exchanges are non-refundable and will be at customers expense. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on location, product arrival time may vary.

When shipping items over $75, we encourage the purchase of a tracking service and.or shipping insurance. Vie Belles is not held responsible for any loss, damage or stolen goods that might occur during transport. Please use a reputable and trustworthy transport service.
