Berry summer fruits spinach salad is the perfect summer salad recipe and it only takes 10 minutes to make.

3 cups babby spinach
1/2 cup blueberry
1/2 cup cherry
1/2 cup plum
1/3 cup Feta cheese, cube
1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pecans, toasted
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss together, serve the salad with the Poppyseeds vinaigrette dressing.
Poppyseeds Vinaigrette Dressing
In a mason jar, mix together one cup of the olive oil, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp Poppyseeds, 1 tsp dijon mustard, and 1/2 tsp salt. Put the lid on the jar and shake until mixed together. Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Before serving let the dressing stand to room temperature.
